Here’s a simple breakfast recipe for your busy mornings!

Avocado and Egg Toast!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado 
  • 1/2 small lemon
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • sliced cheese
  • black pepper 
  • sliced tomato (optional)

Method:

  1. Lightly toast your slice of bread in your Kyowa Breakfast Maker 
  2. Peel your Avocado and mash it. Pour the juice of your lemon into the mash to keep the Avocado from changing color. Sprinkle some black pepper.

Ingredients: 

  • ¾ cup BlueBerries
  • ¾ cup BlackBerries
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • almond milk as needed
  • 1 banana (cut)
  • some oats (optional)

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients into the your Kyowa Juice Extractor
  2. Pulse for 30 seconds. Stir. Then pulse for 30 seconds again.
  3. Pour into a glass and drink fresh or refrigerate until ready to drink.
