Easy Chicken Quesadilla Recipe
Are you bored in the house and in the mood for some Chicken Quesadillas? We got you! No need to order from expensive Mexican restaurants because you can do it at home!
2 green onions
2 cups shredded skinless chicken meat
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 pickled jalapeno
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
4 burrito-size flour tortillas
3/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
1. Preheat the ilo Mini oven to 220°C.
3. Put the chicken, cheese, jalapeno, cilantro, and remaining green onion on one side of each tortilla; fold the other half over.
4. Toast quesadillas in the ilo Mini Oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tortillas are golden brown and cheese is melted.
5. Cut each quesadilla in half. Serve with sour cream if you like then sprinkle with reserved green onions.
