Fried Ice Cream Recipe

Summer is undeniably here already. You could feel the heat of Mr. Sun giving us those sun-kissed skin and making you want to hit the beach. Feeling the summer heat also gives you a massive craving for something cold like ice cream.

Now, we’ll teach you how to beat the heat right and have your ice cream with a twist even when you’re just at home! Below are the easy steps on how to make fried ice cream. Yup, you heard it right – fried ice cream!



1) Choose your favorite flavor of ice cream and scoop it into 8 – 1/2 cup sized balls. Place it on a baking sheet and freeze until firm for about 1 hour.

Roll ice cream balls in egg whites, then in cornflakes, covering ice cream completely. Repeat if necessary. Freeze again until firm for about 3 hours.
