Fruity Ice Pops

Here’s a Summer Delights recipe that will surely bring some major nostalgia!

As kids, we used to enjoy sweet and colorful ice pops, especially during the summer season. Today, we’re making these treats healthier but just as refreshingly yummy using natural fruit juice!

To make a fresh smooth juice that’s perfect for freezing, you’ll need a blender that presses your fruits to extract their juice while separating it from seeds or pulp. The Nullly Pop Multi Blender is perfect for this purpose. The only other thing you need are ice candy bags, or for a more eco-friendly option, a reusable ice pop mold.

While you can turn practically any fruit into an ice pop, here are some combination ideas that you could try for a unique icy treat!

Strawberry Kiwi

Prepare by hulling the strawberries and peeling the kiwis. You can juice and blend them together, or freeze them in layers for a cool duo-tone look!

Lemon Lime Orange

Peel and segment lemons, limes, and oranges. You can also add a bit of chopped mint leaves for an extra fresh kick!

Coconut Pineapple

Juice pineapple slices and mix coconut water in. Before freezing, add some shredded coconut meat.

Peach Mango

Blend mangoes and peaches together. Add in some small chunks of fruit and a drop of honey. Mix well and freeze.

Grape Apple Pear

Core and slice apples and pears. Then juice along with seedless grapes. Add crushed grapes for additional texture.

O Tip! Don’t be afraid to experiment! Try other fruit combinations such as Watermelon Blueberry or Cranberry Raspberry.
