Grilled Chicken Caesar Sandwich
Sandwiches make for great mid-day snacks or hunger busters during those crazy hectic days. But sometimes, the same old sandwich just doesn’t cut it anymore. Here we give you a unique twist on this classic food fix which combines the flavors of the crowd favorite, Caesar salad and the components that make for a hearty meal – light yet tasty protein, fresh vegetables and sumptuous bread. Try this delicious recipe at home and your snack time will never be the same again!
2 Chicken Breasts
Greek Yogurt Marinade
TIP: HOW TO MAKE GREEK YOURT MARINADE
Mix Yogurt, minced garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, onion powder, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Step 1: Season the Chicken Breasts with Salt and Pepper.
Step 2: Put the Greek Yogurt in a Ziplock bag and marinate the seasoned chicken breasts. (Chill for 30mins to 1hr)
Step 3: Heat up the ILO Marble Coating Double-Sided Pan and toast the Focaccia bread, cut side down.
Step 4: Grease pan with olive oil and butter, and grill the marinated chicken breasts.
Step 5: Make the sandwich! Spread Caesar dressing on the toasted bread, and pile the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, grilled chicken breast, gouda cheese, avocado, and sandwich with the other half of the toasted Focaccia.
Step 6: Top the sandwich with cheddar cheese and grill the sandwich in the ILO Marble Coating Double-Sided Pan.
