To make this Energy boosting smoothie, you will need:
- two cups of Orange juice
- 1 cup of Yogurt
- 2 cups of frozen or fresh mixed Berries
- 1 Banana
- Step 1: Chop the banana and prepare all your ingredients. Place all the liquid ingredients first, followed by the solid ingredients, into the blender.
- Step 2: In high speed, blend for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Step 3: Place this smoothie in your FREE to go mugs and enjoy!
