Steak with Sweet Potato Mash

Season it right and cook to your preferred doneness. Compliment the steak with a sweet potato mash- a healthier alternative to your usual mashed potato. Rib eye Steaks
Step 1: Boil (peeled) Sweet Potatoes.
Step 2: Pre-heat ILO Marble Coating Double-Sided Pan.
Step 3: Pat dry steaks with paper towel.
Step 4: Season steaks with Garlic Salt, Salt, and Pepper for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Sear Steak for 2-3 minutes (ILO Marble Coating Double-Sided Pan Closed)
Step 6: Open the ILO Marble Coating Double-Sided Pan, and add in butter and garlic cloves.
Step 7: Sear the other side of the steak for the same amount of time.
Step 8: Set aside the steak (Tip: Setting the cooked steaks aside will allow it to release its juices).
Make the sweet potato mash
Step 9: In the same pan, mash the boiled (peeled) sweet potatoes.
Step 10: Add in butter, cream and salt. Mix them well.
